Rate & Discount Information
- Breakfast is served buffet style and is included with all rooms.
- We have a discount off rack rate for active duty military members from the four traditional branches as well as those in great need of restoration but finances are cooperating.
- An additional $40 plus tax per day is charged for more than two adults per room. Corporate rates are available upon request. All rooms are subject to 6% State tax, 4% County room tax. Blocks of three or more rooms incur automatic gratuity. Payment can be made by way of cash, check, Visa or MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
- Some first floor rooms will accommodate children. Children under 12 years of age are free. We do not have appropriate facilities for infants under 1 year of age though there are times that we make exceptions so please call. Groups and reunions must book rooms directly with us so please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you. All guest accommodations are non-smoking, vaping or illegal substances and a 300$ fee will be charged to your room. If you must smoke outside you must do so away from the buildings and downwind from other guests with safe disposal of products.
Check-In & Check-Out
Our normal check-in is between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Late arrivals must be arranged in advance. Please call to make arrangements if you are arriving after 8:00 p.m. For a small additional fee we offer a late check in or check out option. Standard check-out is 11 AM. Note you are welcome to come early on the day of check-in and enjoy the property till your room is ready and the same after checking out. When possible opt for a late check out, enjoy the property all day, have a late dinner in St Michaels then a hopefully easy congestion-free drive home. When calling remember this is more of a home than a hotel and we are likely tired and thinking of sweet sleep by 10 pm. Reservations
Advanced reservations are preferred, and a two-night stay is required if booking a Saturday night and holidays though there are times there will be one night standing alone. Reservations must be secured by Visa®, Discover®, MasterCard® or a personal check.
Cancellations need to be called seven days prior to the date of arrival however groups of 3 rooms or more will have a longer cancellation policy. We refund rooms that we are able to rebook even when past the cancellation period.
A 7% gratuity will be added to all room rates for groups of three rooms or more. Last minute rooms may be available. Please call or stop in to be sure.
